We are hosting a grant through the Mellon Foundation, Transforming Language Instruction. We work directly with language instructors of LCTLs and provide broad professional development: ACTFL OPI training, our own Test Design and Development workshop, and our own Curriculum Development workshop. Participants must work in pairs (2 or 3 instructors of the same language on different campuses), or cohorts (2-4 instructors of different LCTLs on the same campus) to develop proficiency assessments and realign curriculum. There are no costs to participants.
