About

Funded by the Department of Defense, Project GO (Global Officer) is an initiative to provide fully funded scholarships to participating and contracted ROTC students commissioning through Air Force, Army, and Naval ROTC to study critical languages domestically and abroad. These scholarships are for ROTC students (undergraduate or post-graduate) that will be serving in the armed services after they commission. Project GO at UW-Madison is one of 22 universities nationwide that offers scholarships to study critical languages, specifically the languages of Hindi, Indonesian, Russian, and Urdu.
