The IRIS Awards Office offers its own funding opportunities (IRIS Graduate Fieldwork Awards), assists and coordinates a number of broader campus funding opportunities (Foreign Language & Area Studies awards), and coordinates the campus component of numerous external programs (Boren Fellowships, Fulbright US Student Program, Fulbright-Hays DDRA, Luce Scholars Program, Schwarzman Scholars, Zhejiang University China Studies Program), assists students, faculty, and staff in exploring funding options, and much more for UW-Madison students and alumni. Competitions open and close throughout the year but our office is always available to answer questions, discuss the best options for your planned next steps, and to help in any way possible as you explore your next steps to work in the international sector.
