The LCTL Career Fair is hosted by WISLI, the Wisconsin Intensive Summer Language Institutes. WISLI is host to five intensive summer language institutes which offer high-quality courses in 30 less commonly taught languages:
In Summer 2020, approximately 380 undergraduate students, graduate students, and professionals are participating in WISLI intensive remote language courses.

The Less Commonly Taught Languages career fair is sponsored by the Institute for Regional and International Studies NRC.
IRIS is a National Resource Center for International Studies funded by the U.S. Department of Education. IRIS also comprises and provides coordination and administrative support for Wisconsin’s eight area studies centers, six of which are area National Resource Centers, and for the undergraduate International Studies Major of the College of Letters and Science. IRIS is one the four pillars of the UW-Madison’s International Division, along with International Academic Programs (IAP or Study Abroad), the International Projects Office (IPO), and the International Internship Program (IIP).
